we were putting last minute things in the car to leave for our new adventure. We had prayer sitting in the drive way, and I cried as we pulled away. That house will never be the same. Mike dropped me off at the airport, and told me that he would see me that night. Well not far from the airport he started having car trouble. I told him to go switch the cars and drive mine and ship his, but he drove his anyway. It kept getting hot, so he would stop at rest stops and take little breaks with Zoe. Then at one of the rest stops he somehow locked Zoe and the keys in the car, it took him and 2 other guys an hour to get into the car. I talked to him over the day, things seemed to be looking a little better as night time approached. Then about the time he was suppost to be at my parents, he called and needed a tow truck. He had broken down in Weatherford, 30 minutes from my parents @ 1:30 am. By the time we got a truck, and I picked Mike and Zoe up, got Mike something to eat and went home it was almost 5am. With the two hour time difference, my sweet husband had been up for over 24 hours.
